Hair is not included but could be purchased, please inquire within Consultation is a MUST. Failure to show for consultation will result in cancellation or reschedule. Clients looking for a natural looking install with 100% of their hair left out. Not ideal for natural clients unless providing or purchasing Kinky texture tape-ins Clients should come with hair shampooed and blowdried without any oils added to the hair.

Cancellation Policy

**Please read this policy in its entirety** Please read description of each service. If hair is needed for an appointment, please send us an email or call us. Braiding hair is provided for each braid service. Deposits are non refundable and non transferable. In any event, you have to reschedule/ cancel, you certify that you are forfeiting your deposit and must pay a new deposit for a new appointment. Please provide correct phone number and email, as you will receive a confirmation text/email with the service location. On the day of your appointment, please arrive on time and send a brief description of your vehicle to the confirmation text thread. In the event you arrive ten minutes late to your appointment, you will accrue a $10.00 late fee. There is a fifteen minute grace period; after fifteen minutes your appointment will be cancelled.
