Service Description
The FULL RAW Experience is the highest level of luxury, your full cycle hair care package. This includes your initial install + your maintenance + takedown appointment 4-8 weeks later/ We handle everything from start to finish. This service includes: Premium RAW hair (selected upon booking) Shampoo + scalp cleanse Custom braid-down foundation Signature installation Blending & styling 1 maintenance appointment (wash + tighten + refresh) 1 takedown appointment Please Note: This package does not include your reinstall. If you would like a new install on the same day as your takedown, you must book RAW Reinstall on your takedown service date (will be discussed). BOOKING PROCESS: - A $30 non-refundable deposit is required and will be deducted from total service price - Hair invoice will be sent within 24 hours -Maintenance fee included - Afterpay is available -Remaining balance due at appointment This package is perfect for busy women who want a zero-stress, full service hair cycle. Your appointment is not confirmed until your invoice is paid.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Deposit: A $30 non-refundable. non-transferable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your appointment is NOT confirmed until this deposit is confirmed. Invoice Policy: A hair invoice will be sent within 24 hours of booking. Invoices must be paid within 24 hours or your appointment will be cancelled. Afterpay is available for all hair invoices. Hair Ordering Policy: Your RAW bundles are ordered immediately after your invoice is paid. Life of Lucid is not responsible for delayed invoices or delayed hair orders. Service Balance: The remaining balance is due at your appointment. Cash, Card, Apple Pay/Zelle is accepted forms of payment. NO OUTSIDE HAIR: Outside hair is not accepted for any hair included tier. All installs require RAW Collection hair purchased through Life of Lucid. Reschedule Policy: You may reschedule once within at least 48 hours' notice. Last minute rescheduling forfeits your deposit. Late + No Show: 10 minute grace perid. After 10 minutes, there's a $25 late fee. After 15 minutes, appointment is cancelled and deposit is forfeited. No call/No show will be blocked from future bookings. Refunds: Deposits, invoices and services are non-refundable. RAW bundles can be reused up to 6-12 installs with proper care.
