Return Policy: All Wigs are FINAL SALE/ No returns.

Shipping Policy: Every wig is made to order except Ready to Wear wigs, please allow 10-14 business days excluding holidays and weekends for processing and shipping

Booking policy: Clients will book directly from the website. At time of booking, clients will pay $15 non-refundable deposit. Once appointment has been booked, you will receive confirmation email with our business address.

Late policy: After 10 mins, there will be a $10.00 late fee, after 15 minutes appointment will be cancelled. A new appointment will have to be scheduled and a new deposit will have to be paid. Deposits are non refundable.
